Programme Review

Our Programme Review (Distance Checking) is available to existing clients currently following a programme with Pete. It is intended for reviewing supplements or addressing new symptoms, questions or concerns between follow-up appointments. Pete will review your notes, current protocol, and any submitted information before making any necessary recommendations. This service is not a substitute for a follow-up appointment and may only be booked once between appointments unless otherwise agreed.

This session glides beautifully into a relaxing sound bath, the body is already relaxed the brain is already in the meditative state allowing you to journey even deeper into your meditation. The Sound bath is created using the crystal alchemy bowls with the choice of a gong.
