Sound Therapy & Reiki

Beginning with a guided transformational breath work session to music, we work through a grounding meditation, intention setting, releasing stored emotions and calling in the energies that serve you. This session glides beautifully into a relaxing sound bath, the body is already relaxed the brain is already in the meditative state allowing you to journey even deeper into your meditation. The Sound bath is created using the crystal alchemy bowls with the choice of a gong.

If you are unable to visit in person, you can book a virtual consultation here. During our time together a full consultation will take place, taking into consideration skincare and lifestyle factors that contribute to your overall skin health. A tailored plan will be put together and emailed to you within 5 days then your skin health journey can begin. Full payment is required to secure your booking thank you.
