Our supplements and biotech products are sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure the highest quality and reliability. We ship everything with care, so your order arrives in perfect condition.
UK Mainland Delivery
We partner with DPD, the UK’s leading parcel carrier, for reliable, tracked next-working-day service (with 1-hour delivery slots and flexible options like rescheduling or safe-place delivery).
- Order before 12:00 PM on a working day → dispatched the same day for next-working-day arrival.
- Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on non-working days are processed the next working day.
- In remote postcodes or during high-demand periods, an extra day may occasionally be needed.
Shipping Rates
- All physical products (skincare, supplements, and biotech):
- Under £100 (incl. VAT): £6
- £100 and over: Free
- No minimum order total
- International:
- Shipped via FedEx or UPS (fully tracked and insured).
- Delivery typically 3–7 working days (depending on destination).
- Costs calculated automatically at checkout.
- Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

We prepare orders promptly, but very occasional delays may occur, we’ll always keep you updated and provide options (such as splitting shipments) at no extra cost whenever possible.
Tracking & Flexibility
- UK (DPD): You’ll receive email and text updates with your 1-hour delivery slot, plus options to reschedule or choose a safe place.
- International (FedEx/UPS): A tracking link is sent upon dispatch, monitor progress via the carrier’s app or website.

We choose partners like DPD for their electric vehicles and carbon-neutral routes in the UK, and international carriers committed to low-emission operations, reflecting Kyushi Wellness eco-conscious values.
Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)
We want you to love your Kyushi Wellness products and prioritize your satisfaction. Returns are handled fairly in line with UK consumer rights, but policies differ slightly by category due to the nature of the items. Cancellations are possible only before your order is dispatched. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges cannot be made on items returned in a non-saleable condition (e.g., opened, used, or damaged by the customer). Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Skincare products (due to hygiene and safety considerations):
- Returns accepted only for unopened and unused items in original condition within 15 days of receipt (or 14 days for faulty items).
- Due to the nature of the natural ingredients there may be slight changes in colour and consistency from batch to batch
- Opened or used skincare items cannot be refunded (unless proven faulty).
- Faulty or damaged items: Contact us immediately (with photos and details) at hello@kyushi.co.uk, quoting your name and order number. We’ll provide return instructions.
- Unsatisfactory/non-faulty items: Contact us at hello@kyushi.co.uk for return instructions. Return unopened/unused within 15 days (customer pays return shipping; retain proof of postage). We’ll send a free replacement or full refund (processed in 3–5 business days).
- DPD QR Code Returns: For hassle-free returns, we’ll send you a secure link containing a unique QR code. Simply take your packaged parcel to a nearby DPD Service Point or Pickup Shop, show the QR code on your phone (no printing required), and they’ll print and apply the label for you. The Service Point will handle the rest, and you’ll receive confirmation.
- Supplements and biotech products:
- Returns accepted for unopened, unused items within 30 days of receipt (or as per specific product guidelines).
- Faulty or damaged: Full refund or replacement (including return postage).
- Unsatisfactory/non-faulty: Customer pays return shipping; refund or exchange offered.
- Some supplements/biotech may have stricter rules due to regulatory/safety reasons, check product details or contact us.
- DPD QR Code Returns: Same convenient process as above, we’ll provide the QR code link for drop-off at a Service Point without needing to print a label.

- Track your order status in My Account.
- Gifts are returnable/exchangeable for a gift card with proof of purchase (e.g., gift receipt).
