2. Payment and Order Processing
– All products must be paid for in full before they are shipped or made available for pickup.
– We accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer.
– Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive confirmation via email.
– Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
– We comply with applicable payment processing regulations and protect consumer rights under relevant financial laws.
3. Payment for Appointments
– All appointments must be paid for in advance to confirm the booking.
– Payment is required at the time of booking via credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer
– If payment is not received, the appointment will not be confirmed.
– We comply with applicable laws regarding appointment-based service transactions.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Product Orders:
If you need to cancel a product order, you’re welcome to do so anytime before it has been shipped. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 days, in line with consumer protection guidelines.
Appointments:
Life happens—we understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try to give at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the space to someone else. Cancellations made after this window or missed appointments may result in the session being charged in full.
Refunds:
All refunds are processed in accordance with consumer rights regulations and aim to be as fair and timely as possible.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Your order will be sent to the address provided at checkout, so please take a moment to ensure it’s correct, we aren’t able to take responsibility for deliveries sent to an incorrect address.
We’ll always aim to get your order to you within the estimated delivery time shared at checkout. However, occasional delays can happen due to things outside our control, and we appreciate your understanding if that occurs.
As soon as your order has been shipped, we’ll send you tracking information so you can keep an eye on its progress.
We follow all relevant shipping regulations and are committed to meeting delivery expectations in line with consumer rights.

Everybody is unique. While many clients experience profound results, outcomes from sessions, including breathwork, health coaching, facials, and functional wellness support, will vary depending on your individual circumstances, consistency, and overall health.
We make no guarantees or claims of curing, preventing, or diagnosing any condition. All services are designed to complement, not replace, conventional medical care.
4. Holistic Treatments and Reactions
Some treatments (e.g., breathwork or facial acupuncture) may initiate physical, emotional, or energetic responses during or after your session. These are often part of the healing process, but if you feel discomfort, distress, or unusual symptoms, please contact us or your healthcare provider.
If you ever feel overwhelmed or unwell during a session, please speak up, your comfort and safety come first.
5. Payment, Appointments & Cancellations
By booking with us, you agree to our cancellation and refund policy. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel appointments. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged in full.
Just a heads-up: If there’s an unpaid invoice and we haven’t agreed on a payment plan, we may need to hold off on future sessions until things are sorted. We’re always happy to chat and find a solution that works for you.
6. Confidentiality
Everything you share with us is kept in strict confidence, in accordance with data protection and privacy laws. We only share information if legally required or with your explicit consent.
7. Liability Waiver
By engaging in our services, you agree to release Kyūshi Wellness, and all associated practitioners, from any and all liability for injuries, conditions, or damages that may arise as a result of participation, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
